Ordering

When you shop on Heritage Prints, we want to help you easily find items you’ll want to purchase, whether you know exactly what you want or need help. You can search for items by entering a few words into the search box, and we’ll show you matching results. On our prints page you can filter by artist name, category and price.

We have got you covered! We use payment provider Molllie and accept the following payment methods: 

Paypal, iDeal, and Credit Card (including Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express).

 

Unless explicitly stated all prices include value added tax (VAT) and shipping costs.

Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email shortly. This can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox – so hold tight! Once we have processed your order you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. This email contains your FedEx tracking number.

To ensure that all emails go into your inbox please add [email protected] to your contacts, otherwise these confirmation emails may end up in your junk/spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us.

Shipping and delivery

Giclee Prints that are print-ready have a delivery time of 3-5 business days. Prints that still have be processed by digital enhancing have a delivery time of 5-7 business days. Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a FedEx tracking number.  

Complete sets, including an Art Folder or Solander Box, will take longer, because the Art Folder and Solander Box are handmade by a professional bookbinder. We may nog have all certified facsimile giclée prints of your order in stock, but we will immediately start the rigorous process of digitally enhancing your facsimile. As a result, delevery time will depend on your order, and may range from two to eight weeks. Please contact us if you would like te receive more information or would like to discuss your order. 

We will send your print(s) carefully rolled up in a hard carton tube box.

Complete sets in a Solander box are carefully wrapped in double cardboard boxes with bubble wrap and sheets of acid-free white tissue paper in between the individual prints.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number.

Returns and refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with every Heritage Prints purchase.

If your order fails to meet your expectations, please email us and return the print(s) within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund.

Postage and packing cannot be refunded, unless the item was delivered damaged.

Repack the product in its original packaging materials and send it to:

If we have shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us your order number, a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to:  [email protected]

We will provide you with a new item or issue a refund of the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
